I am mother and grandmother who enjoys spending time with family, outdoors and creative projects inside and outside especially gardening. There is something about connecting with the earth. My life has been a journey of healing from loss, life events and abuse. I have learned how to rise after devastation, much like the phoenix rising multiple times.
My journey of helping others started with foot zoning and a calling to ancestral and generational healing along with healing and alignment for my family and eventually for others in the community.
I felt a passion for bringing in more as I felt the need in people for deeper healing. Sun Quantum and Usui reiki opened more gifts. Sacred Perspective Healing Technique took everything to a higher level and the immersive retreat in Hawaii with other practitioners helped me step into my authentic self. I found a passion for showing others healing and releasing negative perspectives and emotions is possible and life can be what they create. My pain, loss and traumas that experienced and turned around help me in connecting and guiding others.
