Mandy learned the art of reclaiming her life after struggling with a ten year addiction to pain medication. As she endured the challenges of overcoming what had engulfed her for so long, she found deeper healing through breaking ancestral patterns and programs around addiction and mental health. When all seemed at its darkest and when she battled with depression, she found strength in sound healing, reiki and understanding how to heal the mind, body and emotional/energetically body for complete, permanent change.
Creating safe space with an understanding heart is what drives her passion for beauty on the inside and out through her spa treatments and healing sessions/ceremonies. She especially enjoys retreats and facilitating drum ceremonies to open and connect the hearts of those ready for deep change with softness and ease. It is her passion to move forward with the wisdom she has received through her own challenges to assist in supporting others to reclaim not just their lives, but their life path as well.
