Karma is a natural born psychic with the gifts of an Empath, Clairvoyance, Clairsentience and Mediumship. She has been teaching tarot and providing intuitive readings for over 34 years. Feeling as if she was a stranger in a strange land, Karma spent 6 years studying meditation techniques to better understand her abilities and gifts and to come to know herself. Her 12 week comprehensive meditation course, Meditation for the Modern Mystic, is the product of that 6 years of dogged research. Our programs run us subconsciously and provide us insight on what drives us automatically. With conscious intent, these programs can be rewritten, soothing and retraining our nervous system and retraining our brain to enhance emotional intelligence. This allows us to respond versus react. That is the premise of her 12 week mediation course, Meditation for the Modern Mystic which is a deep dive into the chakra system with its correlating behaviors. Once we understand our behaviors, we can change them. Awareness is key. Shift is possible! Karma attended dozens of life success courses with PSI Seminars, that she also staffed, which led her to provide more comprehensive skillsets to her clients for lasting change. This inspired her to acquire training as an NLP Practitioner and Life Coach where she also trained in Hypnotherapy and Timeline Therapy. This experience allows her to provide real life skills that hack both the somatic memory of the body but also the thinking of the mind. NLP is a modality that shows us that a person’s cognitive, sensory, communicative, behavioural and emotional faculties can be consciously ‘programmed’ to achieve personal excellence and spiritual enrichment. Karma’s prior career as a paramedic and field training officer as well as her education as a youth in midwifery and herbology, gives her a deep understanding of the human body. She has studied irridology, reflexology and reiki. This enhances her intuitive healing in clearing chakra blockages from trauma, abuse, and negative thinking. Her empathy enables her to hone in on energy with laser like precision. Karma studied Helenistic Astrology and took a deep dive into the oracle of astro divination and eventually went on to become a Master of Sacred sound and drum maker. She hosts Drum Ceremonies as well as transformational retreats focusing on spirituality while reminding us that said spirituality is also play. Karma calls the drums the “missing link” in her mixed martial arts style of healing modalities. She blends these various techniques to support transmutation and energy shifts. Her focus is on the discipline of mediation and process as well as healing tools to shift prior negative programming. She has a passion for relationship coaching, enhancing intimacy, sensuality, exploration, communication and play between partners. She is passionate about womens empowerment and healing of sexual traumas as well as body positivity and confidence. As a member and advocate of the LGBTQ/poly commuity, she provides special insight to a wide variety of relationship dynamics and its unique situations. Her reading style is forward and direct, yet accepting, nothing is taboo. She is a fierce advocate and mentor bringing any tools into play as necessary to facilitate healing and empowerment.
