We fall into depression and anxiety from confining that which is so often misunderstood into a model of perfection and punctuality.

The embodied womban healing is a six week virtual course offering the opportunity to explore what still confines us to these distortions.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR:

My entire life I felt a was a broken woman. I grew up a “tom-boy” believing that if I could not be woman enough, could not be beautiful, loved, popular then I would be strong. Stronger than all the boys, stronger than other women. I would do it all, be tough and over achieve any man in my world. This was formed from abuse from men, women examples of victimhood and living in a society and religion that place my worth on my virginity, child bearing and ability to smile sweetly in adversity knowing that the less I see myself as worthy, the more God valued me. I created these distortions in order to survive, and while they may not be the same ones you carry, we all create viewpoints in order to handle that which isn’t showing us our divine strength and power in simply embracing all of ourselves.

I felt I was always “too much” and even after having children when my body raged in my monthly bleed cycle I found a resentment of women, including myself. I believed women were my competition, my exposers of all my flaws and short comings. During this time I was diagnosed with endometriosis and doctors recommended cutting the tissue within my womb out of me each month. It took years to understand that this “holding on” my body was doing was my own resistance to letting my natural shed of what was painful and had been stuffed and suppressed. I fought agains the cramps, allowed myself to shame the raging fury of irritability and begged for sexual validation each month without realizing these were the shadow side of that which is a most sacred gift and was the very pain of inferiority, sexual assault, and all the emotions I held stuffed inside wanting to be free of my vessel.

This course is created as an expansion of the many “Wild Womb Healing’ women’s immersive experiences I have facilitated with the intent of allowing the process of learning, understanding and incorporating the techniques, ancient rituals and wisdoms on a person and ease in applying to daily life for a permanent transformation and awakening of the feminine healer within all of us. It is designed to be a safe space where all subjects are open to exploration, conversation and illumination. The more we share as women, the more we are able to unlock repressed parts of ourselves.

Content is a blending of my own experiences healing sexual trauma, learning feminine embodiment and those of the many women I have supported in the process in the last 19 years as a Master of Integrated Healing Arts as well as my personal research, channeling transmission from spirit and new information that potentially will open for those that choose into this connective, raw experience.

Pain is what often motivates us to heal, pleasure, connection and understanding is what allows us to complete the activation process together with women expanding as one.
