With over 1,000 hours of training in Reiki, yoga, sound therapy, and other healing modalities, combined with more than 23 years as a federal leader, coach, mentor, and presenter, Brandy brings wisdom, skill, and lived experience to every session.
Brandy’s personal experiences have shaped her coaching niche: surviving domestic abuse and thriving as a single mother; rising from an entry-level clerk to senior management; navigating a faith crisis from organized religion to trusting her intuition; and evolving from parenting her son alone to nurturing an ultra-blended family of four kids, a cockapoo puppy, and five chickens alongside her vivacious Viking-Virgo husband.
