Sacred healing diving deep into our heart space.
If you live in Saint Petersburg, Florida or the surrounding area, you are invited to this in-person sacred sound journey, facilitated by Hollie Hope and Rick Chiantaretto. Hollie uses sacred drum medicine to facilitate emotional healing, and Rick uses his set of 8 Crystal Tones Alchemy bowls.

What to Bring:
You’ll want to bring whatever you need to feel comfortable. Don’t be afraid to go overboard here!
- A yoga mat or other pad
- As many pillows as you need (think head, lower back, and/or as a bolster under your knees, etc.)
- A blanket
- A water bottle
- Any crystals or other items you want with you on your journey.
- A drum if you have one (some drums will be provided)
What to Wear:
Temperature swings are one of the most common experiences during a journey. Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing you can move in, as well as use with your blanket to regulate your temperature. Assume that you may feel cold or hot at different times throughout your journey, and on different parts of your body.
About Your Journey:
This experience will attempt to go below a in introduction to sound healing and drumming. We’ll be identifying and releasing heavy energies and negative perspectives and of course drumming and connection with high vibrational souls. Energies and emotions left unexpressed can lead to frustrations, anxiety, and depression as we internalize and stuff that which needs to be heard, understood and healed. Together, in this circle, we’ll address emotions like negativity, lack, fear, grief, and unworthiness in a simple, loving way that feels like play and rest, not work!
The tones produced during a sound journey have been shown to reduce stress, induce deeper meditation, and lower anxiety. In addition to the emotional and spiritual benefits, sound-based vibration treatment has been shown to help people with pain and has even been found to improve mobility, reduce muscle pain and stiffness, increase blood circulation, and lower blood pressure (source).
Some people prefer a more guided approach to their sound journey, while others like to be completely free. This journey will attempt to combine both approaches, with a short meditation to help you get started before you are free to take over your own journey.
Bringing in breath, healing and permission to be a beautiful, divine, messy human. We are raising our vibration together, one rhythm at a time. We will be going deep into discovering blocks and limitations surrounding the core of our being, our heart and personal power.
