… so naturally, we DRUM.
This is a SECOND event for those unable to come to the Friday event! (Or those needing EXTRA emotional, mental, physical and energetical support during this surging time.
Clarity, healing and allowing yourself to utilize these energies makes it mounds easier on all of us as we rise and vibe together.
Sacred healing diving deep into our heart space while infusing ourselves with delicious cleansing salt!
The new moon is the time of letting go and manifesting from the womb of all creation. Join us as we go deep within and create clarity, trust and light in what we are cultivating in our lives.
Bringing in breath, healing and permission to be a beautiful messy human. We are raising our vibration together, one rhythmic dance at a time. We will be going deep into discovering blocks and limitations surrounding the core of our being, our heart and personal power.
This sacred sound healing will include identifying and releasing heavy energies and negative perspectives and of course drumming and connection with high vibrational souls as well as sound bath.
Experience and your own drum is NOT required, this is a sacred safe space to show up as is and receive love, sound and deep healing of the mind, body and emotional self all at once. Water is a great idea to bring as we will be in the salt room.
