This class is offered as an opportunity to learn understand that the sensations we feel are actually our empathic gifts, (the ability to FEEL what other people, animals, energies, plants, etc. are feeling and often taking them on as our own.)

The path of an empath can be a overwhelming at times. Most often when we don’t know what to do with feelings, messages or “mind chatter” we receive, we shut down and stop allowing light and love flow through us. It can be confusing at times, this class series has been created to assist the empathic community in having a safe place to learn, collaborate, protect and understand intuitive gifts.

It can be a daunting task to decipher what is our emotions and that of others, even when we aren’t consciously trying to!
