DESCRIPTION: \nWhether you are a beginner just starting to explore painting sacred drums or you are more advanced and would love to connect with others during your creation this small intimate group gathering offers hands on learning the art of painting rawhide. \nIncludes paint and materials including rawhide canvas to practice on though you are welcome to bring your own drum and begin sacred art with support.\nTips of how to:\n*Flow with unique texture of rawhide\n*Intuitively connect with drum images to activate healing elements\n*Time saving techniques to transfer a reference picture to your drum\n*Adding depth and life to your art\n*Working with different mediums for a more creative flow\n**What to bring:\n-Dress comfy, wear clothing you can get paint on or bring an apron\n-Printed reference picture if there is something specific you would like to explore painting\n-Your drum if you are ready to begin painting directly on rawhide (not required)\n-Your preferred brushes if you have them. (Some will be provided but some of us like our own tools.)\n*This creative exploration will be at a private residence. Address is given upon registration.\n
